By using Tribal Draft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Unofficial fantasy game

Tribal Draft is an unofficial, non-commercial fantasy-draft tracker for private groups. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by CBS, Paramount, Survivor, its producers, or its contestants.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the phone number and recovery key used to access your player account. Do not share a recovery key with someone you do not trust. League hosts may manage their rooms and correct results.

Text messages

When you expressly agree during phone sign-in, Tribal Draft may send a one-time verification code and automated league-result alerts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel recurring alerts or HELP for help. You can also turn alerts off in Tribal Mail. Consent to recurring alerts is not a condition of purchasing anything.

Fair use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse another player’s account, or use Tribal Draft to send unlawful or abusive content.

Results and availability

Results may depend on third-party data and host corrections. Updates can be delayed or inaccurate. The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or a particular result.

No wagering

Tribal Draft does not process bets, entry fees, prizes, or gambling transactions. League participants are responsible for complying with any rules applicable to activities they arrange outside the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
