Four steps from invite to finale

01

Sign in by phone

Enter your phone number, then use the one-time code from your text. New players choose a first name once; returning players automatically keep their saved name, leagues, picks, and notifications.

02

Create or join

The host creates a league and shares its invitation link. Guests open it, sign in, and accept their seat before the draft starts. A player can change their first name later from the account menu.

03

Take turns drafting

The host starts after everyone joins. Players can draft together live or leave and return later; the room waits safely for whoever is on the clock.

04

Follow the season

After draft night, return whenever you want. Results, standings, castaway stats, Tribal Mail, and predictions remain available all season.

THE DRAFT

The order reverses every round

A snake draft keeps pick position balanced. With four players, the first two rounds go 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → 4 → 3 → 2 → 1. The player at the turn keeps two consecutive picks at the reversal.

Live or asynchronous—it’s your choice

Everyone must claim a seat before the host starts, but they do not have to stay online. The draft waits indefinitely for the person on the clock, and they can sign back in from any device to make their pick.

  • Everyone must join before the host starts.
  • The host may move players up or down, or shuffle the order.
  • Star castaways to build a private shortlist.
  • Only the person on the clock can confirm a pick.
  • New players cannot join after the draft begins.

PLACEMENT SCORING

The farther a pick goes, the more they score

21st place · first out1point
11th place11points
2nd place · runner-up20points
1st place · Sole Survivor21points

Placement points = 22 − final placement

Still in the game: Active castaways show 0 points until a placement is confirmed.

Other exits: Medical evacuations, quits, and fire-making eliminations use the same placement formula.

Returns: A return removes the earlier placement points but keeps the castaway with the original fantasy owner. A later exit establishes the new final score.

Game details: Idols, advantages, tribe changes, immunity wins, and merge status do not change placement points. An active season twist may award separate bonus points after a manager confirms the event.

Ties: Equal league totals share the same rank.

RESULTS & TRIBAL MAIL

Catch up without being spoiled

The site checks its Survivor data source in the background. When a new placement is reported, standings update and each league member receives the same spoiler-free “results are ready” notice.

  • Open Tribal Mail when you are ready.
  • Reveal one result at a time for the torch-snuff moment.
  • Use Reveal All to open the whole episode together.
  • Updates from all your leagues stay in one inbox and identify their league.
  • The host or co-host can correct a result or record a return.

OPTIONAL TWISTS

How bonus points work

1

Publish a prediction

The host or prediction manager chooses the episode, question, answer style, and bonus value: +1, +5, +10, or a custom amount.

2

Everyone gets the prompt

The question appears in Tribal Mail and subscribed players receive a text with a direct answer link.

3

Guesses stay hidden

Players lock in one response. Nobody’s answers are shown until the manager closes and reveals the question.

4

Manage season twists

Repeatable bonuses can run all season. Source-detected events wait for the host or prediction manager to confirm them.

Yes or no: Best for questions such as “Will an idol be played?”

Multiple choice: The manager adds each tappable choice separately, so players never need special punctuation or formatting.

Free response: Best for names or open questions. Scoring is manual, so differently worded correct answers can all win.

Idol Twist: Each drafted castaway earns their fantasy owner +5 for finding a Hidden Immunity Idol and another +5 for playing one on themselves to negate at least one vote. Every occurrence counts. The source suggests events, but a manager confirms each award.

Coin Flip Twist: The fantasy owner of the castaway who flips the Devens coin earns +5, whether the prize increases or the flipper goes home. The host or prediction manager records the castaway and episode manually. Only one coin-flipper bonus can be recorded per league this season; remove its ledger entry before making a correction.

LEAGUE PERMISSIONS

Who can do what

RolePermissions
HostOwns the league; controls draft setup, automatic updates, results, roles, predictions, twists, and room deletion.
Co-hostCan help run the draft and results, predictions, and season twists. Cannot delete the league.
Prediction managerCan publish, reveal, and score prediction questions and manage season-twist awards without controlling the draft or placement results.
PlayerDrafts castaways, views the league, submits predictions, and manages personal text preferences.

TEXTS & SIGN-IN

Your phone is your normal way back in

Verification codes sign you in without a password. Result alerts are spoiler-free unless you explicitly enable names and outcomes. You can change text preferences in Tribal Mail or reply STOP to opt out.

Turn reminders wait until you need them

If your draft turn sits for 10 minutes, Tribal Draft sends one reminder with a direct league link. If it is still your turn 24 hours after that reminder, it sends one final nudge. Making a pick cancels any reminder that has not gone out.

A recovery key is an optional backup. Keep it private: anyone who has it can recover your player account.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Good to know

Does everyone need to stay online during the draft?

No. Everyone must join before the host starts, but the draft can continue asynchronously. It waits at the current turn without a timer, and that player can return later to pick. Everyone can also stay online and complete it together in real time.

What if the source is late or wrong?

The league keeps its last confirmed data instead of erasing results during an outage. The host or co-host can enter or correct a placement manually, and twist managers confirm source-detected bonus events before they score.

Do idols earn points?

Under the active Idol Twist season twist, every Hidden Immunity Idol found earns the castaway’s fantasy owner +5. Playing one on themselves to negate at least one vote earns another +5. Every occurrence counts. Other advantages and immunity wins remain informational unless another twist adds them.

What if a castaway returns to the game?

The return removes their previous placement score and restores them as active under the same fantasy owner. When they leave again, their later final placement becomes the score.

Can someone join after the draft starts?

No. All players need to accept the invitation while the room is still in the lobby. Existing players can still sign back in after the draft begins.
