Privacy Policy

Tribal Draft is a private fantasy-draft service operated by Robert William Bowden. This policy explains the limited information used to run leagues, sign players in, update scores, and deliver requested text alerts.

Information we collect

• Your display name and the leagues, picks, preferences, and activity associated with your player account.
• Your phone number when you use text-message sign-in or result alerts.
• Technical records needed for security and reliability, such as session identifiers, request timing, and delivery status.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide Tribal Draft: authenticating players, preserving league access, running drafts, scoring results, preventing abuse, showing Tribal Mail, and sending alerts you agreed to receive.

Text-message data

Phone numbers and text-message consent are not sold or used for advertising. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except providers that deliver the messaging service, such as Twilio and telecommunications carriers.

Service providers and sources

Twilio processes phone verification and text delivery. The hosting provider stores application data and operates the service. Public Survivor information may be retrieved from third-party data sources; those sources do not receive your phone number or messaging consent from Tribal Draft.

Your choices

You can disable result alerts in Tribal Mail or reply STOP to an alert. Disabling alerts does not prevent requested one-time sign-in codes. You may continue to use a private recovery key instead of phone sign-in.

Retention and security

Account and league data are retained while needed to keep leagues available. Verification challenges and security limits expire automatically. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep recovery keys private.

Questions and deletion requests

Contact the league organizer who invited you. The organizer can coordinate account questions or a request to remove your player information with the service operator.
